Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect from you (store owners)

Account details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and password (stored hashed, so no one can read it).

Store details: its name, link, settings and content such as products, images and pages.

Subscription details: plan, payment dates and amounts. We do not store card numbers.

Security data: sign-in and activity logs and IP addresses, to protect your account and spot suspicious attempts.

2. Your customers’ data

When a customer orders from your store or books an appointment, their details (such as name, phone, address and order details) are saved in your account.

This data belongs to you as the store owner, and we process it on your behalf only to run your store. We do not use it for anything else, sell it, or contact your customers for marketing.

3. Visitors and cookies

We use only essential cookies: for signing in, keeping the shopping cart, and remembering the language.

We do not use advertising trackers on martuno.com.

A store owner may add their own tracking tools to their store and is responsible for them.

4. Why we use your data

To run your account and store, send important notifications and messages (such as welcome, password reset, order and subscription alerts), provide support, protect the platform from fraud, and improve our services.

5. Who can access data

We use trusted service providers only to run the platform: Cloudflare (hosting, database, image storage and AI tools), Resend (sending email) and Google Fonts (fonts). They are bound to protect the data and do not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose data when required by a competent legal authority under the law.

We never sell your data or your customers’ data.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After a subscription stops, we keep it for at least 90 days so you can come back, after which we may delete it. Backups are deleted automatically within 14 days.

7. How we protect data

Connections are fully encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and we offer two-step verification, account activity logs, protection against repeated sign-in attempts, and daily backups.

8. Your rights

You can view and correct your data, download a copy from your dashboard, and ask us to delete your account and data. Contact: hello@martuno.com

9. Children

The platform is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
