Terms of Service

1. The service

Martuno lets you create and run an online store, a booking site, or a course site. We provide the tools and hosting; you manage your site’s content and your relationship with your customers.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password secret, and for all activity on your account. We recommend turning on two-step verification in your dashboard.

3. Free month and subscription

Every new account gets one full free month, no payment card needed.

After the free period, your site keeps running when you subscribe to one of the plans on the pricing page. Plans are paid monthly in advance through the available methods (such as PayPal, CliQ or bank transfer).

If a subscription is not renewed, we allow a 3-day grace period, after which your site goes offline for visitors. Your data is kept for at least 90 days, and your site comes back as soon as you renew.

You can stop your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. We do not refund months that have already started.

We take no commission on your sales.

4. Your responsibility for your store

You are the seller or service provider to your customers. You are responsible for your products and services, their prices and descriptions, delivery, returns, customer service, and compliance with the laws of your country, including consumer protection and tax laws.

You are responsible for the customer data you collect through your site and for telling your customers how it is used (an editable privacy policy template is available in your dashboard).

5. Prohibited content

You may not use the platform to sell or show: anything illegal, weapons or ammunition, drugs or controlled substances, counterfeit or stolen goods, pornographic content, content that promotes hatred or violence, or content that infringes the intellectual property of others.

You may not use the platform for fraud or phishing, to send spam, or to try to break into or disrupt the platform.

We may suspend any site or account that breaks these rules, notifying its owner when possible.

6. Ownership of content

Your site’s content (text, images, products) is yours. By publishing it on the platform, you give us a limited permission to host and display it and to process it as technically needed to run your site (such as compressing images or translating at your request).

The platform itself, including its design, code, templates, name and logo, belongs to Martuno.

7. AI tools

Some tools (such as the AI builder, automatic translation and the assistant) use artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate content. Review any content before publishing it; you are responsible for what appears on your site.

8. Third-party services

The platform relies on other providers, such as Cloudflare for hosting, email services, WhatsApp and payment methods. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

9. Availability and backups

We work to keep the platform available and take a daily backup, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is".

We recommend downloading a copy of your data regularly from your dashboard (Security and activity).

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, data or customers. In any case, our liability does not exceed the total you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms or is not paid. After that, we may delete your data once the retention period above has passed.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in your dashboard before they take effect; continuing to use the platform means you accept them.

13. Resolving disputes

If any disagreement arises about the platform or these terms, we commit to trying to resolve it amicably first: email us at hello@martuno.com and we will reply within 14 days. If it cannot be resolved amicably, these terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operating company is registered.
